Employee-Centered Management, Participation in Decision-Making and Satisfaction with Work Itself
Measures of satisfaction with work itself and work environment, and of employee-centered management and participation in decision-making were given to 128 managers. Work satisfaction was correlated with employee-centered management and participation, but these correlations were less than those for satisfaction with working environment.
