A Scalable Droplet Microfluidic Platform That Overcomes Large‐Cell Constraints for Long‐Term Plant Cell Culture and Embryogenesis Analysis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This work presents a large‐cell‐compatible droplet microfluidic platform that overcomes long‐standing barriers in plant cell culture by enabling high‐fidelity encapsulation, novel multilayer 3D droplet incubation for scalable long‐term culture, and support for the full developmental progression of large plant cells.

Engineered Peptide Self‐Assembled Nanofibers for Enhanced STING Activation: A Promising Nanodelivery Platform for Immunotherapy of Pediatric Solid Tumors

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
An engineered peptide self‐assembled nanofiber platform, designed to replicate STING–cGAMP binding motifs, facilitates pH‐responsive cytosolic delivery of cGAMP, enhances the endoplasmic reticulum with high efficiency, and robustly activates the STING pathway.

DUET‐seq: An Open‐Source Droplet Platform for High‐Fidelity Joint Chromatin and Transcriptome Profiling Reveals Temporal Regulatory Decoupling in Single Cells

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
DUET‐seq is an open‐source droplet platform that jointly profiles chromatin accessibility and gene expression from the same nucleus. Dissolvable dual‐linker hydrogel beads and a one‐step intra‐droplet RT‐PCR co‐index both modalities in under 12 h at roughly $0.04 per cell.

Acoustically Activatable Drug‐Loaded Nanodroplets for Mechanochemical Therapy in Solid Tumors

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Microfluidically fabricated drug‐loaded nanodroplets are sequentially activated by dual‐frequency ultrasound through acoustic droplet vaporization followed by bubble collapse, enabling spatially controlled drug release and mechanical tumor fractionation, resulting in synergistic mechanochemotherapy and prolonged survival.

In Situ Photo‑Crosslinked Functional Bilayer Hydrogel Modulates Local Microenvironment and Remyelination After Optic Nerve Injury

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A blue‐light‐crosslinked bilayer hydrogel was developed for local optic nerve repair. The adhesive GM‐Odex outer layer seals and anchors the lesion, while the non‐adhesive GM‐imid inner layer releases MPDA‐Cle without obstructing CSF flow. This system modulates oxidative and inflammatory microenvironments, supports oligodendrocyte differentiation and ...
