Scaffold hopping from our previous indolazepinone hit exemplifies purine SP‐835G with DENV2 EC50 0.1 µM, CC50>100 µM, clogP 3.61. Docking studies support its amidine metabolite operates as an allosteric inhibitor of DENV(pro). A flexible ether linker appears pivotal for enhancing binding and activity.

Molecular and Serological Screening of West Nile and Usutu Virus in Birds and Humans: A Sentinel Study in Finland

We developed sensitive real‐time PCR assays for West Nile virus and Usutu virus to screen bird and human samples in Finland. Although no positive samples were detected, active migratory flyways and recent cases in neighbouring countries highlight the risk of future introduction and the need for continued surveillance.

Air embolism secondary to suspected lymphatic tissue disruption with severe exercise‐induced pulmonary haemorrhage
