Meigs syndrome presenting with recurrent unilateral pleural effusion
This case illustrates Meigs syndrome secondary to an ovarian fibroma, which resulted in recurrent pleural effusion. A thorough workup and pleural biopsy excluded other potential pathologies. Abstract Pelvic tumours are a rare cause of pleural effusion. We describe an approach to a case of Meigs syndrome with recurrent unilateral pleural effusion.
