Journal of Urology, 2000J. Y., a 16-month-old Asian girl, presented with suspected gross hematuria. Physical examination revealed the source of bleeding to be the vagina. No masses were palpable on examination and she was otherwise in good health. Urinalysis and multichannel chemistry (Chem 20) panel were normal. Serum a-fetoprotein (AFP) was 16,500 ng./ml.

Endodermal Sinus Tumor of the Omentum: Case Report
Tumori, 2005We report a case of primary endodermal sinus tumor of the omentum in a 46-year-old woman. The patient had been referred to our hospital for pain in the right abdomen. CT scan revealed a right-sided abdominal mass. At laparotomy, a large omental tumor extending to the bowel, uterus, ovaries and peritoneum was found, and it was totally resected.
