Zusammenfassung Einschlüsse ektopen Gewebes in Lymphknoten sind recht häufige Befunde in Dermatopathologie und allgemeiner Pathologie. In den Lymphknoten finden sich glanduläre und nicht‐glanduläre Epithelien, aber auch melanozytäre Nävi. Meist handelt es sich um Zufallsbefunde ohne Relevanz.
