Zhongguo youzhi为探究印度血桐作为生产神经酸微生物资源的潜力，采用不同培养基对印度血桐种仁及种仁油进行培养，将分离纯化的内生菌通过16S rRNA和ITS扩增子测序进行分子鉴定。对纯化获得的内生真菌进行脂肪酸组成测定，进一步在培养基中添加芥酸作为底物培养后检测其脂肪酸组成。结果表明：印度血桐种子中分离到细菌共153株，分属于17个属，26种，真菌共168株，分属于26个属，47种；内生真菌的脂肪酸组成以棕榈酸、油酸和亚油酸为主，未检测到神经酸，但有6个内生真菌检测到芥酸（神经酸前体物质），其中，添加芥酸作为底物进行培养，
