Large Language Models Versus Multidisciplinary Tumor Board Decisions in Thyroid Cancer
Laryngoscope Investigative Otolaryngology, Volume 11, Issue 5, October 2026.This study compared treatment recommendations generated by ChatGPT 5.2 and Gemini 3.0 with real‐world multidisciplinary tumor board decisions in 59 consecutive thyroid cancer patients. ChatGPT showed higher concordance with MDT decisions than Gemini, with exact agreement rates of 71.2% and 64.4%, respectively.

Feasibility of Transoral Robotic Total Laryngectomy With the Da Vinci Single Port Robotic System
Laryngoscope Investigative Otolaryngology, Volume 11, Issue 5, October 2026.The study reports the successful use of the Da Vinci Single Port (SP) Robotic system for transoral robotic total laryngectomy.
