Liposomal 188Rhenium Plus Macrophage Depletion Enhances Anti‐PD‐L1 Efficacy and B Cell Infiltration Against Lung Metastatic Cancer

open access: yesCancer Science, EarlyView.
This study demonstrates that combining liposomal Rhenium‐188 (Lipo‐Re188) with macrophage depletion and anti–PD‐L1 therapy enhances therapeutic efficacy against lung metastatic colon cancer. The triple therapy promotes B cell infiltration, restores T cell function, and suppresses MDSC, creating a tumor‐suppressive immune microenvironment.
