ABSTRACT Plant biogeography and ongoing changes in plant distributions are influenced by long‐distance dispersal (LDD) of seeds, and migratory waterfowl (Anatidae: Ducks, geese and swans) are particularly important for the dispersal of plants in and around wetlands through gut passage (endozoochory).
