This chapter argues that a focus on the individual ‘rational actor’ is misplaced and, to mobilise people, we need to engage them collectively.

Energy efficient communications

Systems and methods for performing energy efficient communication. A transceiver for use in a point-to-point packet-based communication link with packet erasures is described. The transceiver can include a data source to provide bits of data for transmission to a remote device.

Energy Community Luče

2019 16th International Conference on the European Energy Market (EEM), 2019
Process of establishing first Energy Community in Slovenia is represented in the article. Energy community will be established as a part of COMPILE project (COMPILE is cofounded by EU as part of H2020 program). Town Luce was selected as the pilot site. Members of the energy community are all connected to the transformer station Luce-Urtelj.
