Inhomogeneous and Radiating Composite Fluids

open access: yesEntropy, 2021
We consider the energy conditions for a dissipative matter distribution. The conditions can be expressed as a system of equations for the matter variables.

On a Class of Harko-Kovacs-Lobo Wormholes

open access: yesUniverse, 2022
The Harko, Kovács, and Lobo wormhole (HKLWH) metric contains two free parameters: one is the wormhole throat r0, and the other is a dimensionless deviation parameter γ with values ...

Quasilocal energy conditions [PDF]

open access: yesPhysical Review D, 1995
The classical value of the Hamiltonian for a system with timelike boundary has been interpreted as a quasilocal energy. This quasilocal energy is not positive definite. However, we derive a `quasilocal dominant energy condition' which is the natural consequence of the local dominant energy condition.

Stabilization and electronic topological transition of hydrogen-rich metal Li5MoH11 under high pressures from first-principles predictions

open access: yesScientific Reports, 2021
Regarded as doped binary hydrides, ternary hydrides have recently become the subject of investigation since they are deemed to be metallic under pressure and possibly potentially high-temperature superconductors.

Defect Wormholes Are Defective

open access: yesUniverse, 2023
The various “defect wormholes” developed by Klinkhamer have recently attracted considerable attention—especially in view of the fact that the simplest example, the so-called “vacuum defect wormhole”, was claimed to be an everywhere-vacuum everywhere ...

Energy Conditions for Hamiltonicity of Graphs [PDF]

open access: yesDiscrete Dynamics in Nature and Society, 2014
LetGbe an undirected simple graph of ordern. LetA(G)be the adjacency matrix ofG, and letμ1(G)≤μ2(G)≤⋯≤μn(G)be its eigenvalues. The energy ofGis defined asℰ(G)=∑i=1n‍|μi(G)|. Denote byGBPTa bipartite graph. In this paper, we establish the sufficient conditions forGhaving a Hamiltonian path or cycle or to be Hamilton-connected in terms of the energy of ...

Dynamical Wormholes and Energy Conditions [PDF]

open access: yesProgress of Theoretical Physics, 1995
A class of exact solutions of the Einstein field equations representing non-static wormholes that obey the {\em weak and dominant energy conditions } is presented. Hence, in principle, these wormholes can be built with less exotic matter than the static ones.
