Sleep quality in Spanish adults: an age- and sex-stratified cross-sectional study

Poor sleep quality is associated with obesity, cardiovascular disease, cognitive impairment, increased hospitalization and mortality. Combining actigraphy with questionnaires effectively evaluates sleep.
