Accelerator and Reactor Neutrino Oscillation Experiments in a Simple Three-Generation Framework [PDF]
We present a new approach to the analysis of neutrino oscillation experiments, in the one mass-scale limit of the three-generation scheme. In this framework we reanalyze and recombine the most constraining accelerator and reactor data, in order to draw ...

Using MiniBooNE neutral current elastic cross section results to constrain 3+1 sterile neutrino models [PDF]
The MiniBooNE Neutral Current Elastic (NCEL) cross section results are used to extract limits in the $\Delta m^{2}-\sin^{2}\vartheta_{\mu s}$ plane for a 3+1 sterile neutrino model with a mass splitting $0.1 \leq \Delta m^{2} \leq 10.0$ eV$^{2}$.

A unitary quantum lattice gas algorithm for two dimensional quantum turbulence [PDF]
Quantum vortex structures and energy cascades are examined for two dimensional quantum turbulence (2D QT) at zero temperature. A special unitary evolution algorithm, the quantum lattice gas (QLG) algorithm, is employed to simulate the Bose-Einstein ...

In situ molecular organization and heterogeneity of the Legionella Dot/Icm T4SS
We present a nearly complete in situ model of the Legionella Dot/Icm type IV secretion system, revealing its central secretion channel and identifying new components. Using cryo‐electron tomography with AI‐based modeling, our work highlights the structure, variability, and mechanism of this complex nanomachine, advancing understanding of bacterial ...

Double disappearance: A problem that increases the forensic crisis in Mexico
Enforced disappearances in Mexico are due to criminal violence, but also to the State’s negligence, and its corresponding authorities and institutions, that elude their legal functions of keeping and guarding unidentified bodies in order to guarantee the

This systematic review synthesizes prognostic models for survival and recurrence in resected non‐small cell lung cancer. While many models demonstrate moderate to good discrimination, few are externally validated and reporting quality is variable, limiting clinical applicability and highlighting the need for robust, transparent model development ...
