ABSTRACT Bile acids have been implicated in calcium oxalate (CaOx) nephrolithiasis. Here, we employ multi‐omics approaches to identify isoallolithocholic acid (isoalloLCA) as the key bile acid elevated in the feces, serum, kidney, and urine of CaOx rats, confirmed by spatial metabolomics.

A Multiscale Mechanistic Framework for Polydopamine Dyeing in Ultrablack Wool Textiles
Ultrablack photonic textiles are enabled through polydopamine (PDA) dyeing, which is governed by the interplay of PDA chemistry, wool surface topology and chemistry, and hierarchical fiber–yarn–fabric architecture. Fabric architecture emerges as a primary and previously underappreciated design lever for wide‐angle optical performance.

Dual Nickel/Photoredox‐Catalyzed Regio‐ and Enantioselective Alkenylation of Epoxides
Ni/photoredox‐catalyzed stereoconvergent cross‐electrophile coupling of racemic epoxides with alkenyl bromides is described, affording β‐alkenyl products with up to 95% ee, excellent E‐selectivity, and complete regiocontrol. These versatile intermediates enable diverse chiral synthons; mechanistic studies suggest a halide ring‐opening followed by ...
