Knowledge‐based atomistic workflows are presented for mechanical and thermodynamic properties. By coupling modular simulations with ontology‐aligned metadata and provenance, Fe case studies on elastic behavior, defects, thermal properties, and Hall–Petch strengthening reveal how FAIR, queryable, and reusable simulation data can be generated. Mechanical

Knowledge Graph Construction in Power Distribution Networks
In this paper, we propose a method for knowledge graph construction in power distribution networks. This method leverages entity features, which involve their semantic, phonetic, and syntactic characteristics, in both the knowledge graph of distribution ...

Enhancing the Prediction of Employee Turnover With Knowledge Graphs and Explainable AI
Employee turnover poses a critical challenge that affects many organizations globally. Although advanced machine learning algorithms offer promising solutions for predicting turnover, their effectiveness in real-world scenarios is often limited because ...

Aluminum and nitride coatings are used in industry because they are hard, resist wear, and protect against oxidation. Adding boron can improve friction behavior and other properties. This study tests coatings on surfaces with different finishes. Results show smoother surfaces perform better, while rough ones wear faster, although coatings can reduce ...

Elementary proofs of the diameter bounds for power graphs
We give a simplified version of the proofs that, outside of their isolated vertices, the complement of the enhanced power graph and of the power graph are connected and have diameter at most 3.

An all‐in‐one analog AI accelerator is presented, enabling on‐chip training, weight retention, and long‐term inference acceleration. It leverages a BEOL‐integrated CMO/HfOx ReRAM array with low‐voltage operation (<1.5 V), multi‐bit capability over 32 states, low programming noise (10 nS), and near‐ideal weight transfer.

Laser‐Induced Graphene from Waste Almond Shells
Almond shells, an abundant agricultural by‐product, are repurposed to create a fully bioderived almond shell/chitosan composite (ASC) degradable in soil. ASC is converted into laser‐induced graphene (LIG) by laser scribing and proposed as a substrate for transient electronics.

The Throughput of Slotted Aloha with Diversity
In this paper, a simple variation of classical Slotted Aloha is introduced and analyzed. The enhancement relies on adding multiple receivers that gather different observations of the packets transmitted by a user population in one slot.
