Some New Results Concerning Power Graphs and Enhanced Power Graphs of Groups
Theorem 4.4 of the first version of the manuscript turned out to be incorrect, which we show in the present version by providing a counterexample. Therefore, Theorem 4.4 and Corollary 4.5 of the first version have been removed. Further, Theorems 4.8 and 4.9 have been added.

Interrogating the immune landscape of microsatellite stable RAS‐mutated colon cancer
COLOSSUS project RAS‐mutated MSS colon cancer study explored transcriptomics and immune cell density by immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoscore (IS), ISIC/TuLIS scores, mutation counts, and detected different prevalences but similar microenvironment composition across immune markers with clinical relevance for future immunotherapy combination ...

Towards an Enhanced Dependency Graph [PDF]
Dependency graphs are at the heart of software analytics tasks like change impact analysis, test selection, and maintenance analysis. Despite their importance, current approaches to extract and analyze dependency graphs overlook configuration settings ...

An Empirical Study of Retrieval-Enhanced Graph Neural Networks [PDF]
Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) are effective tools for graph representation learning. Most GNNs rely on a recursive neighborhood aggregation scheme, named message passing, thereby their theoretical expressive power is limited to the first-order Weisfeiler ...

We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

Enhanced Power Graphs of Finite Groups
The enhanced power graph $\mathcal G_e(\mathbf G)$ of a group $\mathbf G$ is the graph with vertex set $G$ such that two vertices $x$ and $y$ are adjacent if they are contained in a same cyclic subgroup. We prove that finite groups with isomorphic enhanced power graphs have isomorphic directed power graphs.

Investigations in Quantum Computing: Causality and Graph Isomorphism [PDF]
In this thesis I explore two different types of limits on the time complexity of quantum computation---that is, limits on how much time is required to perform a given class of quantum operations on a quantum system. Upper limits can be found by explicit

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

The Complement of Enhanced Power Graph of a Finite Group
The enhanced power graph [Formula: see text] of a finite group [Formula: see text] is the simple undirected graph whose vertex set is [Formula: see text] and two distinct vertices [Formula: see text], [Formula: see text] are adjacent if [Formula: see text], [Formula: see text] for some [Formula: see text]. We give an affirmative answer to the question
