Determination of Eudragit® L100 in an Enteric-Coated Tablet Formulation Using Size-Exclusion Chromatography with Charged-Aerosol Detection

open access: yesScientia Pharmaceutica, 2018
Eudragit® L100 is a commonly used polymer in a coating layer of modified-release drug formulation to prevent drug release in the stomach. The amount of Eudragit® L100 in the formula determines the dissolution profile of drug at its release medium.

Evolution of a physiological pH 6.8 bicarbonate buffer system: application to the dissolution testing of enteric coated products. [PDF]

open access: yes, 2011
The use of compendial pH 6.8 phosphate buffer to assess dissolution of enteric coated products gives rise to poor in vitro-in vivo correlations because of the inadequacy of the buffer to resemble small intestinal fluids.

Complex dielectric behaviours in $BiFeO_{3}/Bi_{2}Fe_{4}O_{9}$ ceramics [PDF]

open access: yes, 2021
The complex dielectric permittivity of a sintered ceramic tablet consisting of 70.5 % $BiFeO_{3}$ and 27.7% $Bi_{2}Fe_{4}O_{9}$ was analyzed as a function of temperature from -120 {\deg}C to 230 {\deg}C. The results reveal a complicated dielectric response with temperature activated relaxation features. They also reveal a ferroelectric phase transition

A pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic comparison of plain and enteric‐ coated prednisolone tablets. [PDF]

open access: yesBritish Journal of Clinical Pharmacology, 1992
1. Eight healthy volunteers and eight patients suffering from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) received 30 mg prednisolone as plain (P) and enteric‐coated tablets (EP) in a randomised, cross‐over manner. Plasma prednisolone and cortisol and blood glucose were measured over 24 h. 2. Although absorption of prednisolone was considerably slower

Sensor interoperability and fusion in signature verification: A case study using tablet PC [PDF]

open access: yes, 2022
Several works related to information fusion for signature verification have been presented. However, few works have focused on sensor fusion and sensor interoperability. In this paper, these two topics are evaluated for signature verification using two different commercial Tablet PCs.

TABLET: Learning From Instructions For Tabular Data [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2023
Acquiring high-quality data is often a significant challenge in training machine learning (ML) models for tabular prediction, particularly in privacy-sensitive and costly domains like medicine and finance. Providing natural language instructions to large language models (LLMs) offers an alternative solution.
