Advanced Materials Interfaces, EarlyView.Novel p‐type graphene/InAs quantum dot (QD)/n‐type GaAs mixed‐dimensional heterojunction structures are demonstrated for 1.3 µm light‐emitting diodes The p‐graphene serves as an ultrathin hole injection layer and the hybrid device shows 800 × stronger electroluminescence output powers than the reference LEDs without p‐graphene.

Hybrid Electroluminescence Device for On‐Demand Single Photon Generation at Room Temperature
Advanced Optical Materials, EarlyView.New type of electroluminescent device based on hBN nanocrystals deposited on a GaN laser diode displays electrically driven emission of single photons at room temperature. Low g2(0) autocorrelation function values are achieved of < 0.2 for continuous driving and < 0.4 for on‐demand single‐photon emission.
