REGγ Suppresses Ferroptosis and Induces Drug Resistance by Degrading WDR6 in Chondrosarcoma

Here, we identified REGγ as a susceptibility factor in chondrosarcoma. Our study demonstrates that abnormally activated REGγ‐20S proteasome promotes chondrosarcoma development and progression. Exact Discrete Stochastic Simulation With Deep‐Learning‐Scale Gradient Optimization

A 203,796‐parameter gene regulatory network classifies handwritten digits with 98.4% accuracy using exact stochastic dynamics. The framework decouples forward simulation from backward differentiation, making continuous‐time Markov chain models compatible with deep‐learning optimization.

This study identifies an anterior cingulate cortex (ACC) to anterior insular cortex (AIC) glutamatergic (Glu) circuit that gates stress induced visceral hypersensitivity and anxiety. Circuit activation induces both phenotypes, whereas inhibition relieves them.

Palmitoylation of PSD‐95 Orchestrates Learning‐Dependent Metaplasticity in the Amygdala and Fear Memory

This study reveals that fear learning specifically triggers PICK1/DHHC2‐dependent palmitoylation of PSD‐95 in the lateral amygdala.
