Documenting biodiversity with digital data: comparing and contrasting the efficacy of specimen‐based and observation‐based approaches

Summary Digitized herbarium specimens and iNaturalist observations provide invaluable plant biodiversity data. Harnessing the benefits of herbarium specimen digitisation for inferring recent and ongoing plant extinctions
