TEMAS: A Flexible Non‐AI Algorithm for Metrology of Single‐Core and Core‐Shell Nanoparticles from TEM Images

TEMAS is an algorithm for accurately measuring of particle size distributions in transmission electron microscopy images that combines multi‐template matching and adaptive segmentation. The method is validated on samples of Pt, Pt‐Fe, and Au nanoparticles with single‐ and core‐shell structures and supported on different materials.
