FEBS Letters, EarlyView.Low‐density lipoprotein receptor‐related protein 6 (LRP6) is a key receptor for the Wnt antagonist Dickkopf1 (DKK1). DKK1 protein expression is induced in a bleomycin (BLM)‐induced lung injury model. We show that DKK1 induces proinflammatory and profibrotic genes in lung fibroblasts.

Linear-Delay Enumeration for Minimal Steiner Problems [PDF]
arXiv, 2020 Kimelfeld and Sagiv [Kimelfeld and Sagiv, PODS 2006], [Kimelfeld and Sagiv, Inf. Syst. 2008] pointed out the problem of enumerating $K$-fragments is of great importance in a keyword search on data graphs. In a graph-theoretic term, the problem corresponds to enumerating minimal Steiner trees in (directed) graphs.

Characteristics of the Kelch domain containing (KLHDC) subfamily and relationships with diseases
FEBS Letters, EarlyView.The Kelch protein superfamily includes 63 members, with the KLHDC subfamily having 10 proteins. While their functions are not fully understood, recent advances in KLHDC2's structure and role in protein degradation have highlighted its potential for drug development, especially in PROTAC therapies.

Journal of Combinatorial Theory, Series A, 2017 Polytropes are both ordinary and tropical polytopes. We show that tropical types of polytropes in $\mathbb{TP}^{n-1}$ are in bijection with cones of a certain Gr bner fan $\mathcal{GF}_n$ in $\mathbb{R}^{n^2 - n}$ restricted to a small cone called the polytrope region.

Enumeration schemes for restricted permutations [PDF]
arXiv, 2005 Zeilberger's enumeration schemes can be used to completely automate the enumeration of many permutation classes. We extend his enumeration schemes so that they apply to many more permutation classes and describe the Maple package WILFPLUS, which implements this process.
