Comparison of Actual Results of EOR Field Projects to Calculated Results of EOR Predictive Models
SPE/DOE Improved Oil Recovery Symposium, 1994Abstract The 1984 National Petroleum Council (NPC) enhanced oil recovery (EOR) study used five computerized EOR process predictive models to estimate the potential for EOR. These models were reviewed by industry representatives and determined to be accurate when used with representative reservoir data. These models have continued to be a

Microbiological Method for Eor
Revue de l'Institut Français du Pétrole, 1990To ensure a successful development of biotechnology it is necessary to study the processes of oil transformation from its separation from the parent rock followed by maturation and after-maturation periods and then very often aging and destruction (hypergenesis) influenced by the tectonic development of the region or the technogenic activity of man ...

First EAGE CO2 Geological Storage Workshop, 2008
This paper will analyze the response of oil rate to CO2 injection in various fields worldwide including Weyburn and Joffre. Epic consulting has completed a detailed CO2 screening of all reservoirs in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Ontario. The importance of using both static and dynamic screening parameters will be emphasized.
