A detailed evaluation of the clinical and histologic manifestations of eosinophilic fasciitis is described in a 22-year-old woman. Scleroderma-like skin involvement is associated with eosinophilia and hypergammaglobulinemia. Visceral and serologic manifestations of a generalized scleroderma are lacking.
