The modification of EPDM with trimethoxysilyl-modified polybutadiene
Polymer Bulletin, 2017 Trimethoxysilyl poly-1,2-butadiene (TMSPBD) is used with considerable frequency in the rubber industry. In this study, the effect of TMSPBD modification of an EPDM matrix is studied in detail and the changes in thermal, mechanical and rheological properties and kinetics of vulcanization are reported.
