Updating the Reading EPG

Proceeding of Fourth International Conference on Spoken Language Processing. ICSLP '96, 1996
The Reading EPG (Electropalatograph) was developed in the Speech Research Laboratory at The University of Reading as a device to allow the number, shape and position of contacts between the tongue and the roof of the mouth to be measured and recorded. This device is used both as a research tool and in speech therapy as a bio-feedback device.

EpGs with minimal ?: II

Geometriae Dedicata, 1992
There are two known lower bounds for μ(P, Q) in an EpG, called β1 and β2, see for example [3]. In [4], μ=β1 was studied for the case of triangular EGQs and, in [3], μ=β2 was considered for EpGs in general. Here we extend this to the case μ=β1 for EpGs in general, including non-triangular EGQs, and we give a number of characterizations.

311. Endoskopisch-percutane Gastrostomie (EPG)

EPG-Calc: a PHP-based script to calculate electrical penetration graph (EPG) parameters

Arthropod-Plant Interactions, 2014
Electrical penetration graph (EPG) technique is a powerful tool to investigate the hidden feeding behavior of piercing-sucking insects allowing to link recorded EPG waveforms to stylet penetration and complex behaviors related to feeding activities occurring within plant tissue.

EPG Procedures for True Bugs (Heteroptera)

2021
Since its development, the electrical penetration graph (EPG) has been used to record the feeding behavior of mostly small, relatively weak insects (aphids and leafhoppers). Recently the larger, more robust true bugs (e.g., pentatomids) began to be monitored via EPG, and some problems were encountered, especially related to gold wire attachment. Wiring

EPG-modeling

2010
This presentation discusses the status of the modelling of Cold Atmospheric Plasma (CAP) with the Plasimo toolkit. After presenting a brief history of the efforts to model CAP in the groups ETP (now PMP) and EPG, the open issues will be revealed and discussed with the ...

Neues Verbundsicherheitsglas — Enhanced Protective Glass (EPG)

ATZ - Automobiltechnische Zeitschrift, 2000

DAMAGE TO EXISTING EPG STRUCTURES

1960
Abstract : The purpose of this project was to evaluate the effects of blast forces, radiation, and water waves resulting from nuclear explosions on various support-type structures and previously exposed test structures located on the various islands of the Eniwetok Proving Ground. (Author)

Coproduction: Evidence from EPG data

Speech Communication, 1988
Abstract Coarticulation is viewed either as a phonological or as a physiological process. This article presents data on stop sequences in French which supports the corpoductionist's point of view. The articulatory pattern observed by electropalatography cannot be interpreted simply as the concatenation of assimilated segments.
