The location-independent part of TCB–TCG, the difference between the two new time scales adopted by the IAU (1992), was integrated numerically for three JPL planetary/lunar ephemerides; DE102, DE200, and DE245. The differences among these three integrations were mostly explained by the difference in the adopted constants of the ephemerides.

TESS Timings of 31 Hot Jupiters with Ephemeris Uncertainties
A precise transit ephemeris serves as the premise for follow-up exoplanet observations. We compare TESS Object of Interest (TOI) transit timings of 262 hot Jupiters with the archival ephemeris and find 31 of them having TOI timing offsets, among which ...

SEA WAVE DIAGNOSTICS BY RADIO EMISSIONS FROM ARTIFICIAL EARTH SATELLITES IN DIFFERENT FREQUENCY BANDS [PDF]
Subject and Purpose. The present paper is concerned with sea wave diagnostics by signals from artificial satellites in a bistatic radar scheme using the grazing radio-wave propagation and a diffuse component of the signal reflected off the sea surface ...

Observations of the Rigollet Comet from Korea and Japan [PDF]
Since Rigollet first discovered a comet in 1939, many follow-up observations have been made, particularly in Europe. It is now known that the Rigollet comet is identical with the one observed by Herschel in 1788, and thus it is now called 35P/1939 O1 ...
