Network Models in Epidemiology: Considering Discrete and Continuous Dynamics [PDF]
Discrete and Continuous Dynamics is the first in a series of articles on Network Models for Epidemiology. This project began in the Fall quarter of 2014 in my continuous modeling course. Since then, it has taken off and turned into a series of articles, which I hope to compile into a single report.

Metal–Organic Framework‐Based Antimicrobial Touch Surfaces to Prevent Cross‐Contamination
A MOF‐based antimicrobial door handle cover is developed. It completely inhibits the cross‐contamination of Gram‐positive bacterial species (Staphylococcus aureus, and Enterococcus faecalis), Gram‐negative bacterial species (Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Acinetobacter baumannii), and fungi (Candida albicans). Abstract Infection diseases

Sex differences in lymphoma incidence and mortality by subtype: A population‐based study
A higher incidence and a trend toward higher mortality in men for most lymphoma subtypes is seen in this Swedish population‐based cohort study on adults (age 18‐99) diagnosed with lymphoma 2000‐2019. Male‐to‐female incidence rate ratio (IRR) by male‐to‐female excess mortality ratio (EMR), both adjusted for age and year of diagnosis, by lymphoma subtype.

The ΔRMSF$\Delta {\rm RMSF}$ analysis reveals significant flexibility differences between free NS3 and the NS2B/NS3 complex, with notable deviations in specific regions. Key residues driving NS2B binding are identified, and the protonation state of catalytic serine affects oxyanion hole formation.

Cutaneous T‐cell lymphomas: 2023 update on diagnosis, risk‐stratification, and management
Abstract Disease Overview Cutaneous T‐cell lymphomas are a heterogenous group of T‐cell neoplasms involving the skin, the majority of which may be classified as Mycosis Fungoides (MF) or Sézary Syndrome (SS). Diagnosis The diagnosis of MF or SS requires the integration of clinical and histopathologic data.
