SUMMARY 1. Two primary tumours of the epididymis are presented–a leiomyosarcoma and an adenomatoid tumour. 2. Only two previous reports of a leiomyosarcoma of the epididymis can be found, though there are references to an earlier case of a myosarcoma whose histology is not more fully described.
