Angiosarcoma Presenting as a Chronic Non‐Healing Lower Extremity Ulcer in Lymphoedema: A Challenge

open access: yesInternational Wound Journal, Volume 23, Issue 9, September 2026.
ABSTRACT Cutaneous angiosarcoma is a rare and aggressive malignancy that may arise in chronic lymphoedema. Its presentation as a non‐healing ulcer can lead to delayed diagnosis. Diagnosis of Mycobacteriosis in Cultured Hybrid Tilapia (Oreochromis spp.) in Trinidad and Tobago

open access: yesJournal of Fish Diseases, Volume 49, Issue 9, September 2026.
ABSTRACT Mycobacteriosis is a significant disease in fish husbandry, with negative impacts on production facilities. Moreover, some Mycobacterium spp. that infect fish have zoonotic potential. Morbidity and mortality events at hybrid tilapia (Oreochromis spp.) farms in Trinidad and Tobago (T&T) associated with mycobacterial infections prompted a ...

Application of Three‐Dimensionally Printed Surgical Guides in Precise Sacral Tumor Excision and Defect Reconstruction

open access: yesOrthopaedic Surgery, Volume 18, Issue 9, Page 1847-1860, September 2026.
Patient‐specific 3D‐printed guiding templates significantly improve surgical precision and efficiency in complex sacral tumor resection and reconstruction compared to conventional freehand techniques. This computer‐assisted workflow reduces operative time, intraoperative blood loss, and fluoroscopy frequency, providing a safer, highly reproducible ...

Acral Fibrochondromyxoid Tumor: Diagnostic Challenges and Multimodal Characterization in a Hand Mass Case

open access: yesPathology International, Volume 76, Issue 9, September 2026.
Histological morphology of an acral fibrochondromyxoid tumor, low power magnification shows the tumor appeared as a clearly defined nodule. The tumor was divided into nodular structures by fibrous septa, chondrocyte‐like tumor cells were embedded within the abundant chondromyxoid stroma, and most cells exhibited a haphazard distribution. ABSTRACT Acral

Primary Bronchial Hybrid Low‐Grade Fibromyxoid Sarcoma/Sclerosing Epithelioid Fibrosarcoma With EWSR1::CREB3L1 Fusion: Diagnostic Insights From a Challenging Case in the Respiratory Tract

open access: yesPathology International, Volume 76, Issue 9, September 2026.
We report a primary bronchial hybrid low‐grade fibromyxoid sarcoma/sclerosing epithelioid fibrosarcoma (LGFMS/SEF) characterized by histological, immunohistochemical, and molecular findings, including detection of an EWSR1::CREB3L1 fusion by comprehensive genomic profiling.
