A Vertically‐Stacked Optoelectronic Sensor for Localized Hemodynamics Monitoring
This work introduces a hemodynamics monitoring sensor that features vertically stacked microLEDs and a heterogeneously integrated photodetector. The vertically stacked microLEDs enable localized measurements, and by designing the interoptode distance according to the depth of the target region, this vertically stacked optoelectronic sensor is ...

Cyclic Olefin Copolymer Interleaves for Thermally Mendable Carbon/Epoxy Laminates
Thin cyclic olefin copolymer (COC) foils were used as intrinsic thermoplastic healing agents in carbon fiber (CF)-reinforced epoxy laminates. COC films were produced by hot pressing and were interleaved in the interlaminar regions between each EP/CF ...

Influence of Hysteresis on Magnetocaloric Performance at Cryogenic Temperatures: A Tb3Ni Case Study
The existence of an inverse magnetocaloric effect in metamagnetic materials at cryogenic temperatures is investigated using multiple methods. Contrary to predictions from magnetization data, neither specific heat nor pulsed‐field measurements show such a cooling effect, instead indicating irreversible heating.
