Epidemiological Comparative Study on Contact Sensitisations in Woodworkers With Occupational Dermatitis: Patch Test Data of the Information Network of Departments of Dermatology, 1999 to 2023. [PDF]
Contact DermatitisThe data demonstrates that allergic contact dermatitis is common in WW with OD. The most important allergens include resins (including epoxy resin) and plant‐derived substances (including colophonium). The high share of WW with allergic contact dermatitis and face dermatitis hampers preventive efforts.

Magnesia‐carbon refractories from recycled materials
International Journal of Ceramic Engineering &Science, Volume 4, Issue 1, Page 53-58, January 2022., 2022 In the present work, the use of recycled magnesia carbon (MgO‐C) as a raw material for the production of MgO‐C refractories is investigated. Specimens with a recyclate content of up to 82 wt% were prepared. The influence of the recyclate content on porosity, mechanical properties, and thermal shock resistance is reported.

Sensitizations to urea formaldehyde resin, melamine formaldehyde resin, glutaraldehyde, tricresyl phosphate, and phenyl glycidylether were rare.
