EBBP‐Mediated Integrated Stress Response Attenuates Anthracycline‐Induced Cardiotoxicity by Inhibiting the Ferroptosis of Cardiomyocytes

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
EBBP expression is significantly upregulated in DOX‐treated cardiomyocytes. Mechanistically, EBBP interacts with GRP78 to mediate K63‐linked ubiquitination, thereby attenuating the inhibitory GRP78‐PERK interaction and triggering activation of the PERK‐mediated integrated stress response (ISR).

Pectin Metabolism Influences Phloem Architecture and Flowering Time in Arabidopsis Thaliana

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Cell wall remodeling mediated by changes in pectic homogalacturonan, including its methyl‐esterification status and degradation, shapes wall architecture. This study finds that pectin metabolism dynamically modulates wall properties and triggers auxin responses, which influence phloem morphogenesis and function, mediating the long‐distance transport of

Block copolymer additives for toughening 3D printable epoxy resin

open access: yesGiant
We explore the potential for using a brush-coil triblock copolymer to enhance the mechanical properties of epoxy resin for 3D printing applications. Epoxy resins are widely used in structural material and adhesive and have great potential for 3D printing.
