Rapid microwave processing of epoxy nanocomposites using carbon nanotubes [PDF]
Microwave processing is one of the rapid processing techniques for manufacturing nanocomposites. There is very little work focussing on the addition of CNTs for shortening the curing time of epoxy nanocomposites. Using microwave energy, the effect of CNT

Rubber-toughened epoxy loaded with carbon nanotubes: structure-property relationships [PDF]
The paper reports on the preparation, structure and properties of ternary thermosetting blends, based on DGEBA epoxy, cured with 3,3′-DDS and modified by the addition of CTBN reactive liquid rubber and/or 0.3wt% of commercial multi- walled carbon ...

A numerical–experimental framework is developed for characterizing multi‐matrix fiber‐reinforced polymers (MM‐FRPs) combining epoxy and polyurethane matrices. Harmonic bending tests are integrated with finite element model updating (FEMU) to simultaneously identify elastic and viscoelastic material parameters.

Isotopically enriched crosslinked epoxy polymers [PDF]
The epoxy resin system based on tetraglycidyldiaminodiphenyl- methane (TGDDM) and diaminodiphenylsulfone (DDS) is widely used for high performance aerospace applications.

Effects of catalysts and post-curing conditions in the polymer network of epoxy and phenolic resins: preliminary results [PDF]
In the earlier study about polymer network of phenolic and epoxies resins mixed with linseed oil, only Phencat 15 was used as the catalyst for the phenolic resin.

Microstructure Evolution of a VMnFeCoNi High‐Entropy Alloy After Synthesis, Swaging, and Annealing
The synthesis and processing (rotary swaging and annealing) of the novel VMnFeCoNi alloy is investigated, alongside the estimation of the grain size effect on hardness. Analysis of a wide grain size range of recrystallized microstructures (12–210 µm) reveals a low annealing twin density.
