A First-order Augmented Lagrangian Method for Compressed Sensing
We propose a first-order augmented Lagrangian algorithm (FAL) for solving the basis pursuit problem. FAL computes a solution to this problem by inexactly solving a sequence of L1-regularized least squares sub-problems. These sub-problems are solved using

ABSTRACT Mitigating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) decoupling is essential to advancing reliable sustainability disclosure and ensuring that ESG reporting fulfills its intended purpose. This study aims to provide critical insights into the organizational and contextual elements that could intensify or diminish ESG decoupling. Using a multi‐

Spatial distribution of acoustic traits in bird assemblages along regional bioclimatic gradients
Environmental variation shapes acoustic interactions among birds, creating spatial structures in the sonic signature of local species assemblages. Exploring these patterns at regional scales can reveal processes that segregate acoustic strategies along environmental gradients.

This study reports a mild “Zn(NO3)2 interlayer‐expansion” strategy combined with electrodeposition to produce a self‐supporting capacitive anode (NiFe@PC) that preserves the wood's native low‐tortuosity channels. The retained native architecture expands niches for microbial colonization.

Letting People in: Redefining Collaboration in Wildland–Urban Interface Governance
ABSTRACT Intensifying wildfire regimes and expanding human settlements into wilderness areas have heightened concerns about the wildland–urban interface (WUI) due to the associated increase in fire risk. However, the WUI presents broader social‐ecological challenges that go beyond wildfire risk and remain understudied.

eps'/eps in the standard model
I discuss the estimate of the CP-violating ratio eps'/eps by stressing the role played by the chiral quark model in predicting the experiment and in showing that the same dynamical mechanism at work in the Delta I=1/2 rule also explains the larger value obtained for eps'/eps in this model with respect to other estimates.

Design of a Hydroelectronic Solar‐Tracking System for Solar Panels
A prototype of a passive solar‐tracking system utilizing buoyant force based on water level was developed, and its MATLAB/Simulink model was implemented. This study is expected to encourage researchers to design solar‐tracking mechanisms using metals with different thermal expansion coefficients, air, oil, and other fluids. ABSTRACT This study presents

Final State Interactions and eps'/eps
I discuss the role of strong final state interactions (FSI) in K \to 2 decays. In this case strong FSI effects can be resummed [1,2] by solving the Omn s problem for K\to 2 amplitudes. Implications for the CP conserving Delta I=1/2 ratio and the direct CP violation parameter eps'/eps are also discussed.
