Inductive reasoning with equality predicates, contextual rewriting and variant-based simplification

open access: yesJournal of Logical and Algebraic Methods in Programming
An inductive inference system for proving validity of formulas in the initial algebra $T_{\mathcal{E}}$ of an order-sorted equational theory $\mathcal{E}$ is presented. It has 20 inference rules, but only 9 of them require user interaction; the remaining 11 can be automated as simplification rules.

open access: yesCytometry Part B: Clinical Cytometry, EarlyView.
Abstract The objective of this 12‐color/13‐antibody single‐tube panel is to assist in the diagnosis of T/NK‐cell leukemias and lymphomas. In the clinical setting, the absence of a standardized T/NK‐cell panel limits inter‐laboratory data comparability, contributes to diagnostic variability, and results in redundant efforts across laboratories to design
