Stability and equilibrium points in neurocontrol
Proceedings of ICNN'95 - International Conference on Neural Networks, 2002Neurocontrollers are investigated for existence of equilibrium points of closed loop. Equilibrium points are a prerequisite for controller stability. Theorems concerning neurocontroller structure are formulated for both stabilization and tracking control tasks. The results are illustrated on a real-world example from industrial automation.

Stability of an Equilibrium Point
2013Stabilizing a system in a neighborhood of a steady state is one of the first goals of Control Theory. For this purpose, we cast a glow in § 4.2 on the notions of stability and of asymptotic stability of an equilibrium point for general dynamical systems as discussed in § 2.4.
