ReBiDet: An Enhanced Ship Detection Model Utilizing ReDet and Bi-Directional Feature Fusion
To enhance ship detection accuracy in the presence of complex scenes and significant variations in object scales, this study introduces three enhancements to ReDet, resulting in a more powerful ship detection model called rotation-equivariant ...

Equivariant acyclic maps [PDF]
Summary: We apply a recently developed new version of the Bredon-Illman cohomology theory to obtain an equivariant analogue of a result of Kan and Thurston, which implies that a connected CW-complex has the homotopy type of a space obtained by applying the plus construction of Quillen to certain Eilenberg-MacLane spaces.

This paper contains a study of the characterization of the equivariant phantom maps by means of the equivariant localization and the equivariant completion. The equivariant integral approximation and the equivariant Miller-Zabrodsky theorem will be used to describe the homotopy set of the equivariant phantom maps by the equivariant cohomology groups.

Generalized Permutants and Graph GENEOs
This paper is part of a line of research devoted to developing a compositional and geometric theory of Group Equivariant Non-Expansive Operators (GENEOs) for Geometric Deep Learning. It has two objectives. The first objective is to generalize the notions

Equivariant extensions of maps [PDF]
This paper treats extension and retraction properties in the category *$/9 of compact metric spaces with periodic maps of a prime period p; the subspaces and maps in J^p are called equivariant subspaces and maps, respectively. The motivation of the paper is the following question: Let E be a Euclidean space and α: E X E-> E X E be the involution (x, y)

Multi-Level Rotational Equivariant Object Detection Network Based on BEV Fusion [PDF]
With the development of autonomous driving systems, the detection of three-dimensional objects in road scenes has garnered widespread attention. However, most single-sensor or multi-sensor fusion-based object detection methods do not consider the ...

Rotation Equivariant Convolutional Neural Networks for Hyperspectral Image Classification
Detection of surface material based on hyperspectral imaging (HSI) analysis is an important and challenging task in remote sensing. It is widely known that spectral-spatial data exploitation performs better than traditional spectral pixel-wise procedures.

Existence of Equivariant Biharmonic Maps [PDF]
We consider two compact Riemannian manifolds M and N and a compact Lie group G that acts on both by isometries. Under certain assumptions on the structure of M and of the quotient space M/G, we construct equivariant biharmonic maps u: M → N with prescribed boundary data.

The equivariant Hurewicz map [PDF]
Let G G be a compact Lie group, Y Y be a based G G -space, and V V be a G G -representation. If π V G ( Y ) \pi _V^G(Y) is the equivariant homotopy group of Y Y in ...
