A nanomodulator called L‐Arginine/lificiguat@Copper‐hollow Prussian blue@Calcium phosphate nanoparticles is constructed to launch a self‐amplifying “avalanche effect” in tumor cells. The ensuing cascade, triggered by the acidic tumor microenvironment and near‐infrared light, induces calcium overload, generates a reactive oxygen species and reactive ...

A wireless, dual‐responsive hydrogel (PVA/(PVDF‐TrFE)/BiOClBr@PDA) is developed to promote efficient regeneration of infected wounds by integrating piezoelectric stimulation with piezo‐photocatalytic pathways. Under simultaneous light and ultrasonic stimulation, the hydrogel generates therapeutic electrical cues and reactive oxygen species, disrupting ...

ABSTRACT Translating dynamic liquid‐liquid phase separation into robust solid‐state architectures remains a challenge in materials engineering. Here, we report a composition‐driven interfacial assembly strategy that couples supramolecular coacervation with metal‐phenolic coordination to engineer tunable fungicide carriers.

An injectable gelatin‐based tannic acid–iron hydrogel with mild photothermal therapy could not only induce immunogenic cell death, but also elicit ferroptosis of both tumor cells and tumor‐associated macrophages, resulting in DC maturation, T‐cell infiltration and down‐regulation of ferroptosis‐sensitive M2‐type TAMs levels.
