Read the free Plain Language Summary for this article on the Journal blog. Abstract Human‐driven landscape change, particularly urbanization, is reshaping pollinator communities, yet the functional traits that mediate species persistence remain poorly understood. Dietary specialization is commonly used to predict species vulnerability.

Extracts of Hormophysa triquetra showed antifungal activity with marked hyphal deformities in Fusarium oxysporum and Alternaria alternata. Light microscopy and SEM confirmed structural alterations despite unchanged radial growth. Cucumber assays validated reduced disease incidence, linked to fatty‐acid–rich metabolites detected by GC–MS.

ABSTRACT Natural populations are increasingly exposed to multiple stressors, such as chemical pollution and climate‐change‐driven heatwaves. While it has become clear that we need to account for stressor interactions, it is less well understood how sequential exposure to different stressors influences organismal responses as well as their potential for

Perturbation of ergosterol biosynthesis causes hypersensitivity to Hsp90 inhibitors.
(A) Mutants of ergosterol biosynthesis genes are hypersensitive to geldanamycin. Minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) assays were performed in RPMI medium at 37°C for 48 hours and optical densities at 600 nm were averaged for two biological replicates ...
