Aspects of ergosterol biosynthesis in Saccharomyces cerevisiae
The regulation of ergosterol biosynthesis in yeast has been studied. The system has been examined for the presence of an end-product inhibition. Both anaerobically and aerobically grown cells have been examined for this effect.
