A New Eriophyid Mite Infesting Bermuda Grass
Journal of Economic Entomology, 1961A new eriophyid mite ( Aceria neocynodonis Keifer) was discovered infesting a Bermuda grass lawn at Phoenix, Arizona in August 1959. Later in 1959 the new mite was also found at Yuma and Tucson causing extensive damage. Other specimens were identified from Imperial County and near Los Angeles, California.

Two new species of eriophyid mites (Acari: Eriophyidae) from Malaysia
Zootaxa, 2019Two new species of the family Eriophyidae (Acari: Eriophyoidea) from Mount Trusmadi, Malaysia, are described and illustrated. They are Neodicrothrix grandcaputus sp. nov. on Stachyurus himalaicus (Stachyuraceae) and Latitudo asiaticis sp. nov. on Psychotria asiatica (Rubiaceae). Both of the two new species are vagrant on the lower leaf surface.

ERIOPHYID MITES IN RELATION TO KENTUCKY BLUEGRASS SEED PRODUCTION
Entomologia Experimentalis et Applicata, 1983Two mite species, Abacarus hystrix (Nalepa) and Aculodes mckenziei (Kiefer) (Acarina: Eriophyidae) are reported from Kentucky bluegrass, Poa pratensis L., in Minnesota. Abundance of these mites was monitored in Kentucky bluegrass seed fields where postharvest residue was either clipped or burned. Adult and immature mites were significantly (P < 0.05)
