International Journal of Acarology, 2004Abstract Four species of eriophyid mites are reported from sedges from Brazil, namely: Eriophyes cyperi Channabasavanna, 1966 and Eriophyes cyperinus n. sp. from Cyperus sp., and Moraesia tau n. gen., n. sp. and Novophytoptus silvai n. sp. from Cyperus giganteus Vahl.
