Allergy, EarlyView.A prospective, systematic and cross‐sectional population study was performed involving 1000 adult subjects from five centers representing different climatic areas of Türkiye (Turkey). Molecular IgE profiling demonstrated substantial interregional variation and identified a hypoallergenic region in the easternmost area with a continental climate.

Artificial Organs, EarlyView.Graphical summary of the experimental comparison of shear‐induced hemolysis in pediatric and adult blood using a Couette shearing device. Pediatric blood shows a trend toward lower increase in hemolysis at higher shear stress amplitudes, while no relevant differences are observed at low and intermediate stresses.

Rapid generation of prion disease models using AAV‐delivered PrP variants in knockout mice
Brain Pathology, EarlyView.We developed a rapid AAV‐based system to generate prion disease models in weeks rather than months. Following systemic AAV9P31 delivery of modified PrP to knockout mice, we achieved brain‐wide expression and successful propagation of both classical (RML) and atypical (GSS‐A117V) prion strains.

British Journal of Pharmacology, EarlyView.Inhibitors of insulin‐degrading enzyme boost PI cytotoxicity through an increased sensitivity of proteasome to PI inhibitors, induction of ISR, DNA damage and Myc down‐regulation. They overcome PI resistance in vitro and induce tumour regression in vivo.
