自应用放射性示踪剂测定肾血流量以来,曾建立了多种测定方法,但多较繁琐,须连续抽血和收集尿液。1968年Razzak等介绍了在体外监测血浆清除率测定肾血流量的简便方法。我们参考此法,结合本室条件,测定了82例肾有效血浆流量(ERPF)和肾有效血流量(ERBF),并根据对同位素肾图的定量分析计算分侧肾血流量。结果报告如下。
