Erratic Boulders within the Fremington Clay of North Devon [PDF]
Geological Magazine, 1964 Information is recorded about the places and depths in the Fremington clay (Pleistocene) of north Devonshire, England, from which a dozen or so erratic igneous boulders have been taken. The conclusion is that the erratics are found in the heart of the clay and support the theory of glacial origin for the clay.
