Nonlinear Cointegration and Nonlinear Error Correction: Record Counting Cointegration Tests [PDF]
In this article we propose a record counting cointegration (RCC) test that is robust to nonlinearities and certain types of structural breaks. The RCC test is based on the synchronicity property of the jumps (new records) of cointegrated series, counting

We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

KDM7A and KDM1A inhibition suppresses tumour promoting pathways in prostate cancer
Treatment resistance is a major challenge for patients with advanced prostate cancer. This study examined an alternative approach to target the major prostate cancer‐promoting pathway by targeting epigenetic factors, whose levels are higher in tumours.

Error Correction Codes for Double Burst Errors Correction in Memories
This paper addresses the issue of double burst errors occurring in memories and presents the design of corresponding error correction codes (ECC). The proposed ECCs can correct up to two burst errors simultaneously, each up to 4-bit. The errors’ positions are randomly distributed across any bit within the codeword.

Nonlinear cointegration and nonlinear error correction [PDF]
The relationships between stochastic trending variables given by the concepts of cointegration and error correction (EC) are well characterized in a linear context, but the extension to a nonlinear context is still a challenge.

Intratumour heterogeneity complicates precision management of advanced endometrial cancer. Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) offers a minimally invasive strategy to capture tumor evolution and therapeutic resistance. Here, we compare tumor‐agnostic NGS with tumor‐informed ddPCR, outlining their relative sensitivity, concordance, and clinical implications ...

Error Correction for Semi-Supervised Classification Based on Fix Match [PDF]
Semi-supervised learning (SSL) leverages unlabeled data to support model training, thereby improving model accuracy. However, most existing SSL methods rely heavily on unlabeled data for model correction while often overlooking the potential error ...

Interpreting the effects of DNA polymerase variants at the structural level
Using MAVISp and molecular dynamics simulations, we analyzed over 60 000 missense variants in POLE and POLD1 from ClinVar, COSMIC, cBioPortal, and saturation mutagenesis. Identified mechanistic indicators, including stability, binding, and long‐range, enable structural interpretation, providing ACMG‐like evidence for possible reclassification of VUS ...

Non-linear error correction, asymmetric adjustment and cointegration. [PDF]
This article links the intertemporal choice model with the non-linear error correction (NEC) model. It has three main components. First, it outlines a model of non-linear error correction, in which the linear error correction term ?Xt (the vector time ...
