Interspecies Scaling of Antibody–Drug Conjugates (ADC) for the Prediction of Human Clearance
Allometric scaling is a useful tool for the extrapolation of pharmacokinetic parameters from animals to humans. The objective of this study was to predict human clearance of antibody–drug conjugates (ADC) allometrically from one to three animal species ...

Empirical equation of the Mach number as a function of the stagnation pressure ratio for a quasi-one-dimensional compressible flow [PDF]
In the present work for a quasi-one-dimensional isentropic compressible flow model, an empirical equation of the Mach number is constructed as a function of the stagnation pressure ratio for an analytical equation that algebraic procedures cannot invert.

Large Deviation Analysis of Score-Based Hypothesis Testing
Score-based statistical models play an important role in modern machine learning, statistics, and signal processing. For hypothesis testing, a score-based hypothesis test is proposed in Wu et al., (2022).

Rayleigh Fading Multi-Antenna Channels
Information theoretic properties of flat fading channels with multiple antennas are investigated. Perfect channel knowledge at the receiver is assumed. Expressions for maximum information rates and outage probabilities are derived.

A crossvalidation-based comparison of kriging and IDW in local GNSS/levelling quasigeoid modelling
This study compares two interpolation methods in the problem of a local GNSS/levelling (quasi) geoid modelling. It uses raw data, no global geopotential model is involved.

On achievable error exponents for watermarking [PDF]
Probability-of-error exponents have recently been derived for watermarking systems based on spread-spectrum and quantization-index modulation methods. This paper takes this work one step further and presents minmax error exponents for any embedding scheme and any attack (subject to distortion constraints) at all rates below capacity.

Generalized Hurst Hypothesis: Description of Time-Series in Communication Systems
In this paper, we focus on the generalization of the Hurst empirical law and suggest a set of reduced parameters for quantitative description of long-time series.

This study reveals how the mitochondrial protein Slm35 is regulated in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The authors identify stress‐responsive DNA elements and two upstream open reading frames (uORFs) in the 5′ untranslated region of SLM35. One uORF restricts translation, and its mutation increases Slm35 protein levels and mitophagy.

The Ile181Asn variant of human UDP‐xylose synthase (hUXS1), associated with a short‐stature genetic syndrome, has previously been reported as inactive. Our findings demonstrate that Ile181Asn‐hUXS1 retains catalytic activity similar to the wild‐type but exhibits reduced stability, a looser oligomeric state, and an increased tendency to precipitate ...

We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.
