Transcripts enriched in codons that trigger P‐site tRNA‐mediated mRNA decay possess stable mRNA
PTMD codons were first described by Mendel et al. as mediators of an mRNA decay pathway dependent on the human protein CNOT3, homologous to yeast Not5. Our findings confirm that PTMD codons destabilize transcripts; however, unlike in yeast, the human pathway specifically targets and slightly destabilizes primarily stable mRNAs.

Effect of terahertz irradiation on DNA damage repair in living cells
We investigated the effect of terahertz (THz) wave irradiation on DNA double‐strand break (DSB) repair in living cells. We found that THz irradiation enhanced DSB repair at specific frequencies, whereas heat treatment inhibited it, indicating that this effect is nonthermal and frequency‐specific.

Notes on the use of propagation of error formulas
The "law of propagation of error" is a tool that physical scientists have conveniently and frequently used in their work for many years, yet an adequate reference is difficult to find.

ATZ‐1 promotes DNA replication efficiency to maintain normal meiotic function
Absence of ATZ‐1 interferes with meiotic DNA replication and cell cycle function via CHK‐1. This causes downstream defects associated with DNA damage and genomic integrity. Taken together, this study suggests that ATZ‐1 influences DNA replication efficiency and cell cycle function to maintain normal meiotic function.

On Error Propagation of Diffusion Models
Although diffusion models (DMs) have shown promising performances in a number of tasks (e.g., speech synthesis and image generation), they might suffer from error propagation because of their sequential structure. However, this is not certain because some sequential models, such as Conditional Random Field (CRF), are free from this problem.

Analog MIMO detection on the basis of Belief Propagation [PDF]
In this article we present the design of an analog detector for Multiple-Input Multiple-Output (NIMO) wireless systems, based on the well known Belief Propagation (BP) algorithm.

Glioblastoma cells express calcitonin receptor variants (CT receptor isoforms) that may help them survive stress. Using qPCR, transcript‐specific long‐read nanopore sequencing, immunofluorescence co‐localisation and comparative sequence analysis, this study identifies a novel alternatively spliced CALCR transcript that encodes the CTb receptor isoform ...

Linear error propagation law and nonlinear functions [PDF]
summary:Linear error propagation law (LEPL) has been using frequently also for nonlinear functions. It can be adequate for an actual situation however it need not be so. It is useful to use some rule in order to recognize whether LEPL is admissible.
